  • Wash your hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
  • Dry your hands thoroughly with a clean washcloth.
  • Get a clean microfibre cloth or soft tissue.
  • Unplug your device and turn the phone off.
  • Remove the protective cover.
  • Mix soap and water in a spray bottle or use a 70% alcohol (no higher) sanitizer spray. You can also use a 70% alcohol sanitizing wipe.
  • Spray lightly onto the cloth (do not get the cloth wet).
  • Gently wipe down your phone and it’s protective cover, without getting liquid into the charging port or speakers.
  • Replace the protective cover.
  • Wash your hands.
