Colour Code Your Calendar 

This is a great way to get organized and make sure you work and personal life don’t clash. Choose specific colours for work, personal and other occasions so you can easily differentiate them at a glance. It might sound tedious, but once you’ve setup your system it’s easy enough to stick to.
